1. No Smoking

We strictly prohibit the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices on the property, including all indoor spaces, common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

2. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in advance as part of your stay. If agreed upon, pets are not allowed on any chairs or couches in the house. 

3. Respect Our Home

We have worked incredibly hard to create a loving space for all of our guests. Please respect or home by treating it as if it were your own. Keep it tidy, follow the rules, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments. 

4. Registered Guests and Parties

All guests visiting or staying at Tinker House must be registered with us in advance of spending time on the property. Parties and Events are not permitted. Commercial photography and filming is not allowed. 

5. Damages and Noise

Please report any damages, so we can make sure we address them before the next guests arrive. Please respect the peaceful environment by keeping noise levels down.

6. Number of Guests and Length of Stay

Tinker House is available for rent for 30 days or more. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
